We are hiring General Labor/Machine Operators to work in our Stockton, CA Production Facility.

Employees will operate a variety of equipment and perform many types of production and maintenance related functions in the manufacturing and processing of flooring products.

The starting rate will be $18.00/hour and the shift will be 1:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m. Monday - Thursday.

Responsibilities:

• Running state of the art manufacturing machinery
• Measuring, weighing raw materials and filling silos
• Ensuring product quality is accurate
• Monitor production process
• Package goods to be shipped
• Store goods and raw materials properly in the warehouse

Experience and Skills:

• Experience within a manufacturing facility is preferred
• Safety must be a priority
• Must be able to communicate effectively with other employees.
• Demonstrates good mechanical or hands-on skills.
• Dependability, accountability, adaptability, detail-oriented, and responsiveness are essential.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Must possess an excellent work ethic, including good attendance.
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to follow directions.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Forklift and hand truck experience preferred

Physical requirements:

• Must be able to lift to 55 lbs.
• Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time, occasionally kneeling and bending.
