Job Description:
ARDEX Americas (www.ArdexAmericas.com), is the Global industry
leader in the manufacturing and development of high-performance
specialty building materials.
We are immediately hiring for OUTSIDE / FIELD SALES
PROFESSIONAL, with experience of TILE AND STONE
INSTALLATION SYSTEMS to join our NEW
ENGLAND team, with a concentration and home base location
of BOSTON.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, experienced
sales and business developer with a proven track record of
developing and delivering new sales business opportunities with
commercial contractors, installers, architects and distributor
partners.
Industry sales experience (tile and stone installation) is essential.
Approximately 30% travel including occasional overnight to cover
New England Market (Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, New
Hampshire, Maine - focus on and home office base of BOSTON)
Responsibilities:

Drive, develop, promote and grow sales of ARDEX products and
systems throughout territory

Develop and maintain solid working relationships with
distributors, contractors, specifiers and other key business influencers

Retain current accounts and prospect new business development

Successfully launch and promote new products via hands on
product demonstrations, presentations & professional product displays

Collaborate with Corporate resources such Technical, Customer
Service, Marketing, Logistics etc., to deliver exceptional
standards of service to ARDEX customers

Drive lead generation through jobsite visits, lead generation
services, cold calls etc.

Develop and successfully execute field sales action plans

Achieve and exceed targets, goals and objectives, as
established with Sales Manager

Represent ARDEX as an industry leader through exceptional
professional standards, and a 'customer first' approach.
