We are hiring Manufacturing/Production workers to work in our Stockton Production Facility. Production employees operate a variety of equipment and perform many types of production and maintenance related functions in the manufacturing and processing of flooring products.

The starting rate will vary based on experience. The shift will be 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Running state of the art manufacturing machinery
• Measuring, weighing raw materials and filling silos
• Ensuring product quality is accurate
• Monitor production process
• Package goods to be shipped
• Store goods and raw materials properly in the warehouse

Experience and Skills:

Skills/Attributes Required:

• Experience within a manufacturing facility is preferred
• Safety must be a priority
• Must be able to communicate effectively with other employees.
• Demonstrates good mechanical or hands-on skills.
• Dependability, accountability, adaptability, detail-oriented, and responsiveness are essential.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Must possess an excellent work ethic, including good attendance.
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to follow directions.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Forklift and hand truck experience preferred

Physical requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs.
• Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time, occasionally kneeling and bending.

Education:

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
