Job Description:

We are hiring Manufacturing/Production workers in our Stockton Production Facility. Production employees operate a variety of equipment and perform many types of production and maintenance related functions in the manufacturing and processing of flooring products.

The starting rate will vary based on experience. This position will work 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday - Friday.


  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
  • Learn the production operations throughout the plant.
  • Learn to operate the forklifts and material handling equipment.
  • Familiarize yourself with Material Safety Data Sheet ("MSDS") information.
  • Ensure that safety procedures are always followed and maintain a good safety record
  • All other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Experience and Skills:

Skills/Attributes Required:

  • Demonstrates good mechanical or hands-on skills
  • Dependability, accountability, adaptability, detail-oriented, and responsiveness are essential
  • Must be able to occasionally adjust work schedule, including occasional weekends
  • Must be able and willing to work overtime as needed to meet customer requirements
  • Must possess an excellent work ethic, including good attendance
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Forklift and hand truck experience preferred

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

The ability to sit, stand, walk and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and telephone to talk and hear. The ability to frequently sit and reach with hands and arms. The ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.


  • High School diploma or GED preferred
