(Flooring or Tile and Stone Installation Systems).

As one of the fastest growing specialist building products brands in Canada, we are expanding our team with a FIELD SALES PROFESSIONAL to drive our business throughout BRITISH COLUMBIA, with a focus on VANCOUVER. 

Working independently and as part of a dynamic team, you will successfully develop and win business with flooring installers, contractors, architects and ARDEX distributor partners.   As an ARDEX Sales Professional, you will utilize your industry experience to provide the exceptional product guidance and technical expertise, that defines ARDEX as industry leaders.

The successful candidate will be a solution-driven, self-starter with an 'entrepreneurial' spirit, a passion for the industry, and an ability to win and develop business. You will have experience of flooring installation products, or tile and stone installation systems.

This is a field sales position to cover BRITISH COLUMBIA with a preferred home office base of VANCOUVER Up to 30% territory travel, including some overnight on occasions.

Experience and Skills:

Essential Skills and Attributes: 

  • Minimum 5 years outside / field sales experience is essential
  • Minimum 5 years knowledge of flooring industry and installation products is essential
  • Hands-on and able to conduct product presentations and demonstrations
  • High-level of energy and enthusiasm for the business and be customer-driven and professional
  • Self-starter and ability to work in a fast paced and changing market
  • Ability to make sound business decisions and possess the ability to close a sale
  • High level of responsiveness to customer needs and business integrity
  • Able to travel throughout assigned territory up to advertised amount including some overnight
  • Must possess a current, valid and unexpired driver’s license with a clean driving record

Physical demands:

  • Must be able to operate non- power and power tools, lift to 70 pounds with a carrying capability of 55 pounds


  •  Minimum four (4) year Bachelors Degree or greater is preferred, or minimum High School diploma with significant industry work experience
