We are immediately hiring a Plant Maintenance Technician to join our Mansfield Texas Production Facility.


The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance on all equipment, as well as troubleshooting, repairing of equipment and machinery while adhering to all safety rules and regulations. Position will also be responsible for performing a combination of tasks including some advanced tasks involved with repairing and maintaining machinery of mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, production machines and other equipment.

This is a full-time position and the working hours will be Monday - Thursday 5:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. 


  • Maintain production equipment
  • Maintain support department equipment in Shipping, Quality, Maintenance, and front office. This will include forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Maintain plant infrastructure equipment such as air compressors, dust collector, and electrical distribution systems
  • Maintain surrounding grounds and equipment such as landscaping, lighting, irrigation systems.
  • Work on present equipment modifications
  • Troubleshoot and fix problems within the plant

Experience and Skills:

Skills/Attributes Required:

  • Demonstrates good mechanical or hands-on skills
  • Must be able to lift to 100 pounds
  • Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and multiple shifts when necessary
  • Self-starter and ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and in various temperatures
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and written with supervisors, maintenance and other employees
  • Fork Lift and hand truck experience preferred


  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
