Job Description:

Working independently and as part of a team, this is an ideal position for someone who enjoys manual work, and being part of an important manufacturing process. You will be comfortable using computer touch panels and packaging machines to bag and load products safely and efficiently, while ensuring quality standards around the plant are met.

 This is a full-time position and the working hours will be 12 hour shifts on a rotating schedule, working 7 out of 14 days and every other weekend. The shifts are either 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. or 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.  We offer a competitive hourly rate and excellent benefits together with a great team environment.

 We are looking for:

  • Employees that like working in a hands-on, team-based manufacturing environment
  • Willing to be trained and learn to operate equipment, weigh scales and material handling equipment
  • Willing to learn safety procedures, quality procedures and production methods to support the overall production team effectiveness and performance
  • Interested in being connected with a well-respected, growth oriented company that produces high quality, cement based products, serving customers in the commercial construction market



Experience and Skills:

  • Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment or any team-based position
  • Team player and able to communicate with others to successfully to meet daily production schedulesSolid work ethic and strong attendance record
  • Ability to work hands on such as using scales to weigh materials and use of pallet jacks
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. 



  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
